Having helped people right wrong for over 10 years, I enjoy my work and am honored to be able to play a role in helping change lives for the better. When I started with Shine Lawyers one of the factors that impressed me most is that they have a genuine commitment to the client. They are the focus of all that we do, which is a refreshing approach for a law firm.

When clients come to me, they are often going through a very tough time. I believe it’s very important to try and place yourself in the client’s situation and understand where they are coming from. Getting this thorough understanding then goes a long way to establishing the building blocks for the case. During the claims process I believe it’s very important to keep the client constantly informed about what is happening and the progress being made. Little things like this make the experience less stressful for the client.

As Special Counsel with Major Claims department, I want to continue obtaining quality results for our deserving clients. It’s extremely rewarding to know that what we do day-in-day-out makes a difference in the clients life and I feel privileged to be able to help restore client’s lives.
