Jen Cron is a Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Melbourne office, where she provides expert legal advice and guidance to members of the Melbourne community.

Jen gained her legal qualifications from Victoria University, and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2008.

Prior to joining the legal industry, Jen worked in the health sector as a nurse for 19 years. She was drawn to a career in law by the opportunity to transfer and apply her medical knowledge to legal disputes.

Jen has worked almost exclusively in personal injury law since her admission, helping clients access the support, care and compensation they need to get back on their feet.
