Jan Saddler is National Special Counsel with Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions division, leading a team of dedicated professionals in their fight for justice on behalf of everyday Australians who have suffered loss and damage.

Jan has an impressive background, with almost 30 years’ experience running large and complex legal disputes in the Class Actions and Professional Negligence sectors. Jan’s experience is cross jurisdictional and she brings a unique perspective to plaintiff cases, having worked for over 20 years with large corporate clients including as senior legal counsel for one of the largest global professional services firms.

Jan joined Shine Lawyers in 2011 to refine her focus in Class Actions litigation. Jan and her team possess the skills, experience and acumen to obtain justice and results in high profile class and group actions for the benefit of everyday Australians.
