I came to Shine Lawyers in 2009 with nearly 20 years’ experience in plaintiff litigation. I feel my passion for getting great results for clients and helping them through the process is really gratifying and is one of the main reasons I love this line of work.

When clients come to me they are often at their most vulnerable, they are often confused and unsure of their rights and the legal process. The very act of going in to see a lawyer can be quite daunting. I personally enjoy demystifying the whole claims process and breaking down the barriers people may have about coming forth.

In my role as General Manager of Central Queensland, I want to continue to make sure our clients are at the centre of everything we do. I want to make sure we work as a team and get the best possible result for clients at a time in their lives when they need it the most.
