Elle Dalzell is a Senior Solicitor and the Branch Manager at Shine Lawyers’ Newcastle office. Elle and her team of legal professionals strive every day to provide clients with the opportunity to have their stories heard and their rights to compensation recognised.

Originally from New Zealand, Elle came to Australia over a decade ago to pursue a career as a plaintiff litigation lawyer. She has always been passionate about assisting those in need and prides herself on her ability to effectively communicate the complexities of the legal system, ensuring each client understands their options under the law.

“I take great satisfaction in acting for clients in what can feel like a David and Goliath battle.”

In her spare time, Elle volunteers at the Newcastle University Legal Centre where she assists members of the local community with their claims and provides guidance to young, up-coming lawyers.
