Elena Aleksova is a Senior Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Sunshine branch, specialising in workers’ compensation claims.

With firsthand experience of the impact workplace injuries can have on an individual and their family, Elena is motivated to achieve the best outcomes for each of her clients. She possesses a unique understanding of her clients’ needs and is able to build a strong rapport with all she represents.

Elena completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Creative Writing and Criminology, followed by a Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University.

Elena was admitted to practice Law in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2017. She possesses a wealth of experience, having volunteered for Victoria Legal Aid and Sunshine Youth Legal Centre, undertaking pro bono work for disadvantaged youth.

She joined Shine in 2016 while in her final year of university, transitioning into roles as a Paralegal, Law Clerk and now Senior Solicitor, practicing in workers’ compensation matters.
