David Adams is a Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Sydney office, and is an integral member of the Transportation Law team. David provides quality advice and expertise in compensation claims for aviation, maritime, and travel matters to bring just results to those he represents.

David was admitted as a solicitor in 2016 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and began working for a defendant insurance law firm representing insurers and private corporations. This work provided David with unique insights into defence legal processes, insights he now utilises with his work with Shine.

David joined Shine in 2017, driven by his desire to apply his acquired legal skills to plaintiff law. Working with transportation matters, David effectively utilises his legal knowledge to tackle the national, international and intra-national jurisdictional issues these cases present, to achieve innovative and effective legal remedies.

When pursuing a matter, David always puts his clients and their legal rights first. His keen attention to detail, combined with his excellent communication skills and astute insight enable him to convey complex legal principles in an easily digestible manner for his clients. A diligent and effective lawyer, David will go the extra mile to ensure each individual he represents receives the just results they are entitled to.
