Daniel Hemmings is a Legal Practice Manager with Shine Lawyers’ Robina office. A natural-problem solver, Daniel excels and takes pride in resolving his clients' legal problems and helping them get their lives back on track.

Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Griffith University. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007.

In his ten years as a solicitor, Daniel has practised exclusively in plaintiff litigation. He is passionate about standing as a voice for those who have been wronged, and possesses extensive knowledge of the issues common to plaintiff law.

I find it highly rewarding when I'm able to achieve over and above for my clients.

For Daniel, client care is always paramount. He understands that many of his clients come to him feeling distressed and uncertain about their future. Daniel is committed to providing excellent client care in addition to expert legal advice, treating each client as though they were his only case. He keeps each client up to date with how their case is progressing each step along the way, and ensures they understand all their rights and entitlements under the law.
