Annette O’Hara is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Shine Lawyers. Annette brings extensive corporate governance and legal experience to her position with Shine, having previously worked at national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth for over 28 years.

As a legal professional, Annette is highly practiced in the corporate and commercial law disciplines and has worked as In-House Legal Counsel for Sunsuper Limited, Ergon Energy and Queensland Health. Her work across these roles has granted her a broad range of experience covering mergers and acquisitions, public fund raising, and stock exchange listings and regulation.

Prior to this, Annette worked across a variety of legal positions for two prominent Queensland law firms.
