Melissa has always been passionate about supporting at risk individuals in the community to achieve social justice. She completed a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Human Services in 2010 at the Christian Heritage College and a Graduate Diploma in Wellness at the RMIT University of Melbourne. She was drawn to study the law after working as a case worker in various community and government organisations. She now seeks to help advocate for those who as a result of various disadvantages feel powerless for justice.
Melissa is currently studying a Graduate Degree in Law at the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Degree in Psychology at Griffith University. She is due to graduate at the end of 2020.
