Susan brings to the Board more than 20 years experience in the legal, commercial and change management fields, spanning the public and private sectors.

She is currently the Chief Executive of the CEO Institute in Queensland, a leading learning and development forum for CEOs. Susan’s particular focus is effective corporate governance, strategy development and change management. She currently holds directorships with Shine Lawyers, National Foundation for Australian Women and is a Trustee of the Gold Coast Parklands. Previously, she was General Manager of a leading architectural services firm and HR Director with the State’s Treasury Corporation and Allens Arthur Robinson
