Due to expansion, our
new Hervey Bay office is searching
for a Solicitor to join the team.
The role:
- Provide clients
with legal advice and representation to obtain compensation for their
personal injuries
- Interpret legal
advice to each client’s particular case to suit their level of
understanding
- Develop and
maintain strong working relationship with clients
- Effectively
assess claims including liability and quantum
- Draft legal
documentations
- Manage and run a
mixed file load
Selection Criteria:
- 2 + years of PAE
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal
communication skills
- Experience drafting legal documentation
- Demonstrated strong relationship building
skills and experience working in teams
- Demonstrated negotiation and advocacy
skills
