Simon Button became part of the Shine Executive Team in 2011, after joining the firm as the Chief Information Officer. His passion for helping people and delivering a better standard of living has seen Simon produce outstanding technological solutions in a variety of industries.

Simon believes the values of Shine closely align with his own, and that in his role as CIO he is able to stand up for the little guy. Simon states that “In my role I can deliver exceptional value through executive information technology and product leadership, allowing our legal team to deliver the best possible outcomes to our clients.”

A highly motivated individual, Simon is really looking forward to leading a team that can collectively overcome challenges and raise the standard in the legal profession.

In relation to what Simon enjoys most about his role; he says “it’s about making it easier for people to use technology to make their day-to-day tasks and functions more productive, easier and intuitive. It gives me satisfaction knowing employees are able to focus more on what matters – our customers and our people.”
