Roger was born and educated in England, graduating with honours in Law in 1987. He is an accredited specialist in the UK, and has also achieved specialist accreditation through the Queensland Law Society in Australia, where he settled in September 1998, shortly before joining Shine Lawyers. He was admitted in Australia in 1998 and was elevated to Partner in 2002.

Roger has built a reputation as an outstanding performer in the complex and legally challenging field of specialist litigation. He heads up the firm’s Special Projects team, working on complex cases and class actions.
