Over the last nine years, Rebecca's legal career has been varied and interesting. While completing her legal studies at the Queensland University of Technology, Rebecca was employed as an Instructing Clerk at the Director of Public Prosecutions Office for 18 months, followed by two years as Associate to His Honour Judge Britton SC in the District Court.

Following graduation Rebecca joined Shine Lawyers, where she remained for 15 months before venturing to London to work and travel and returned to Shine Lawyers in 2007.
