Over the last nine years, Rebecca's legal career has been varied and interesting. While completing her legal studies at the Queensland University of Technology, Rebecca was employed as an Instructing Clerk at the Director of Public Prosecutions Office for 18 months, followed by two years as Associate to His Honour Judge Britton SC in the District Court.
Following graduation Rebecca joined Shine Lawyers, where she remained for 15 months before venturing to London to live and work and returned to Shine Lawyers in 2006.
Rebecca loves her job because it allows her to “make a difference to the lives of others, to assist people in what is often their most desperate and dark period,” she says.
