Due to growth in the business our Brisbane – Eagle St office is searching for a Procurement Manager to join the team. You will be joining a non traditional law firm that strives to stand up for the little guy, we dare to be different and we aim to be ahead of the pack. Reporting to the National Corporate Services Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Management of expenses and procurement across the business
• Work with the legal side of the business including Barristers, Doctors, Engineers on Service Level Agreements
• ·Work with the operational side of the business across Marketing, Corporate Services, IT and HR cost centres and facilitate regular vendor reviews
• Sourcing vendors and organising bids and tenders to ensure optimal agreements
•  Report on and conduct analysis on costs and expenses year on year
• Work with both internal and external stakeholders across projects
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with the application of the procurement processes and policies

Selection Criteria:

•  3-5 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in legal or professional services industries would be desired
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated strong relationship building skills, stakeholder management and experience working across teams
• Demonstrated negotiation and advocacy skills
