Becoming a Queensland Law Society Personal Injury Accredited Specialist is not an easy task. We have a number of lawyers who have undertaken the rigorous testing process in order to be acknowledged as such. Candidates need to have at least 5 years experience as a lawyer and must have spent at least 80% of that time working in personal injury law.

Every year, around 75% of those who undergo accredited specialist testing fail to make the grade. In 2006 there were just 121 personal injury accredited specialists in Queensland, a fairly exclusive club of dedicated professionals.
