If we investigate your circumstances and believe you have a case, we will not ask you for any money until the successful conclusion of your matter. In most instances, we will also pay all the running costs until your case has been resolved. This is called no win - no charge. A ‘win’ is defined as you recovering money from the opponent and/or for legal costs and expenses either at trial or by settlement. Therefore, if you don't get paid, we don't get paid. This is a promise we make to you.
