NO WIN NO FEE

At Shine Lawyers, we have a fee structure in place so that people who can't afford legal fees upfront, can still fight for their rights and make a claim for compensation.

If we investigate your case and believe you have a claim, we will not ask you for any money until the successful conclusion of your claim. In most instances we will also pay all the running costs until your claim is over. This is called "No win - No fee". If you don't get paid, we don't get paid. This is a promise we make to you.
