Our firm Always stands up for the little guy and the successful applicant will be required to ensure that all client enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.  Our New Client Team prides itself on being ahead of the pack by developing new strategies to meet our client expectations every single day.

The role:

• Providing the first point of phone contact for our clients;
• Assisting people in need;
• Identifying clients needs for potential claims;
• Liaising with our legal teams to provide all clients with the best possible start;

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum 12+ months customer service experience
• Previous phone handling experience with a clear and concise phone manner is essential;
• Strong attention to detail skills;  
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in your role with an ‘Out of the Box’ thinking approach;
• A passion for helping people and making a difference with an empathetic approach to our clients and their needs with;
• Strong team work approach;
