Melissa is a positive, optimistic person that firmly believes there’s always a solution to a problem. She is motivated by a desire to help ordinary Australians claim their just entitlements from the wrong-doing of companies. “It really is a privilege to put my all into something that can make a positive difference in people’s lives on a daily basis” she says.

It is this mentality that drives Melissa to overcome challenges and secure the best results for her clients. “I can really empathise with ‘the little guy’ and the battles and challenges they face with big business.
