When Melinda deliberates a client’s case she combines the creative inspiration from the left-hand side of the brain with attention to detail and assertiveness. She has been taking this approach for more than ten years overcoming challenges by “the determination to help people who need someone to fight for their rights,” she says.

And the end result is what gives Melinda a sense of pride and satisfaction in her line of work by “making a difference to people who have been wronged,” and “achieving justice against employers who have put their employees’ lives at risk by cutting corners for the sake of their own greed,” she said.
