Lisa likes to take a low-key approach to her profession and build trusting relationships with clients to enhance her professional reputation. She does this by building referrals based on quality services and great results, rather than speaking to a group of other lawyers at seminars .

She believes her role is about helping people in a time of need rather than the pomp and ceremony that many associate with the profession. “I’m so pleased to work in a practice area that offers no win-no charge payment arrangements, which means that our services are available to every single person who might choose to engage us, regardless of their background or their personal circumstances.”

And she takes that responsibility very seriously “that people put their future in my hands, and have trust in me that I will get the best possible outcome for them,” she says is the greatest privilege in her line of work.
