Kimberly joined Shine Lawyers in June 2005 as an Articled Clerk in the Employment Claims team in the Brisbane office. Kim moved to the Southport office from September 2006 until April 2010 before returning to the Brisbane office and continuing to work predominantly on employment matters. In July 2010 she was made an associate of the firm.

In February 2011, Kim was appointed to the Branch Manager of Shine Lawyers’ new Robina office and commenced this role on 30 May 2011 when the new office opened.

Kim says “it’s the opportunity to assist clients when they need it most” that inspires her in her work. “Knowing we can make a difference in people’s lives really motivates me and I love being part of a firm who always stands up for the little guy and doesn’t shy away from tough cases.”

Kim graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in August 2008 and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2008. She is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and is also on the State Committee and the Workers’ Compensation Special Interest Group.
