Katrina believes that maintaining a positive outlook is essential to being an effective advocate for clients in plaintiff litigation. As well as keeping abreast of the constant changes in legislation relevant to a case.

Katrina believes in the value of always standing up for the little guy, which is why she is committed to helping clients who would otherwise not be able to represent themselves or are not even aware of their legitimate legal rights.

She takes this responsibility very seriously and is motivated to do the best job she can “as a lawyer it’s not about ‘you’ so to speak; in some cases your ability and preparation can affect a person’s life forever and it’s a privilege to be trusted to assist our clients,” she says.

Katrina’s is currently studying a Master of Business Administration at the Sunshine Coast University. Her natural leadership and networking skills as well as her exceptional client care saw her awarded an associate position at Shine Lawyers in 2010.
