Jodie Willey became a Partner of Shine Lawyers in 2006, after joining the firm as a five year articled clerk in 1995. She has spent the majority of her legal career practising in plaintiff litigation. 

Jodie is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Shine. In taking on this role, Jodie has been responsible for injecting consistency, structure and process to the legal operation during a period of significant growth.

Jodie takes her profession to a whole new level of accountability and believes that it is her responsibility to give her clients the best results possible. “My commitment and belief in getting the right result. Knowing that we can give people the Voice they deserve,” she says is what drives her to overcome challenges. This is also what gives Jodie the greatest satisfaction from her career “I love that we act for the little guy,” she says.
