James’ determined but compassionate approach to the legal profession has helped him “achieve justice for my clients and to right the wrongs that they have suffered”.
“Helping injured people get access to justice and obtain compensation to help them get their lives back on track” is what James believes is the greatest privilege in his career.
James joined Shine Lawyers in 2009 and his devotion and expertise was recognised in 2010 when he was elevated to Partner and South West Queensland Legal Partner.
When asked what his greatest satisfaction in his career is James replied “getting the best possible result for my injured clients at a time of their lives when they need it most.”
