James’ unique managerial approach combined with his compelling legal knowledge and expertise has seen him move quickly through the ranks of Shine Lawyers to become a Legal Partner in a few short years. Previously overlooking the South-West Queensland area, James now manages the New South Wales and Western Australia offices.
James believes any success he experiences is due to having a sense of purpose in his career. This sense of purpose comes from being able to represent a client and make a genuine difference to restore their dignity and pride, which also helps to achieve a better result for his clients.
“A result that I know will secure their future and give them and their families a better quality of life than they had when they first came to see me,” he says.
The result is also what drives James to overcome challenges, as well as “the desire to know that I have my client’s interest at heart and that what I do will impact upon them as individuals and their families.”
