Emma’s approach to litigation is driven by the belief that “every client deserves the best representation, no matter how tough their case is or what their circumstances are.” She feels privileged to have access to the effective processes and knowledge management that Shine Lawyers have to offer to ensure that no stone lies unturned.
Emma has drawn particular inspiration from attending American Association of Justice (AAJ) conferences in America that inspired her to think outside the square and take an innovative approach to presenting a clients’ story, which include a colourful application of technology.
The driving force behind Emma’s meticulous and creative approach to law is the results. “To gain the trust of our clients to share their and their family’s story and to do the job properly and quickly as I have been entrusted to do—every story is unique and to capture that uniqueness is the key to doing a good job,” she says.
