Carolyn takes a very selfless approach to the litigation practice. Many lawyers are driven by different factors, including money, egos, and competing with colleagues. But Carolyn is driven by one thing, the client, and that is where she finds her success lies, by providing care and support as well as professional legal advice. In recognition of her passionate attitude towards her work, Carolyn was offered a partnership by the firm in 2010.
Carolyn feels proud to be in her position as it allows her to meet courageous and inspiring clients. Her objective in every case is to help people at a time in their lives when things aren’t going so well for them. She continually strives to make a difference and improve the state of her client’s lives. “I care about what happens – so I try to use that to keep on going, even when the going gets tough. Every journey begins with a single step,” she says.
