Due to an internal promotion, our Sunshine office is searching for a Branch Manager to join their team. Our Sunshine branch is one of the firm’s most successful and fastest growing offices. We are seeking a passionate individual who wants to take this business to the next level.

The Role:

• Manage, coach and mentor Solicitors, Paralegals and Administrative staff in building strong relationships and creating a positive and progressive working environment
• Ensure all company systems, policies and procedures are adhered to while building a positive culture and encouraging the Shine Way
• Ensure effective time recording and file velocity systems are adhered to
• Identify external relationships and opportunities to increase the market share of the firm
• Monitor and effectively manage budgetary objectives
• Manage a diverse portfolio and file load of approximately 30 clients
• Ensuring the Sunshine office achieves branch non financial and financial targets
• Work closely with the Legal Partner and other Branch Managers in the region to grow your practice
• Partner with a national leadership team in growing the business nationally

Selection Criteria:

• 5-10 years of PAE
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work within and encourage the Shine Way
• A genuine interest in helping clients achieve justice
• Ambitious go-getter looking for a leadership role
• Previous PI experience is essential
