“Having a client give heartfelt thanks at the end of a settlement conference and knowing that I have had a part to play in giving them a different sort of future than when they first came to the firm.”

Ben approaches the practice of law with a determination and vigour that is second to none. To ensure that his client’s outcome is successful Ben is methodical in all of the finer details of the often complex litigation proceedings. He also keeps an open-mind, often testing and moving beyond the boundaries of existing law with innovation and creativity.

This Gold Coast local has practiced in the area for fourteen years and is a member of his local Rugby Club and Surf Lifesaving Club although the Gold Coast sand bar is not as challenging as the legal bar, which has been his greatest achievement so far.

In all his work Ben believes his greatest satisfaction is to be trusted by a client to represent them and to give a voice to their story. “Having a client give heartfelt thanks at the end of a settlement conference and knowing that I have had a part to play in giving them a different sort of future than when they first came to the firm,” he says.
