Samantha is an Associate of Shine Lawyers’ Class Actions team. As part of the Class Actions team, Samantha advocates for everyday Australians who have suffered injustices at the hands of governments and large corporations.
“As legal practitioners and advocates, we are privileged with the opportunity to be able to make a positive difference to the lives of everyday Australians.”
Prior to joining Shine Lawyers, Samantha gained valuable experience working across different areas of law, including class actions, personal injury, work health and safety, superannuation and insurance, and employment and industrial relations.
“I plan to use my platform as a legal practitioner to continue working to improve the world we live in.”
Samantha studied a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Justice (Criminology), and completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
