Stuart MacLeod has been elevated to the highest legal post in Queensland’s largest plaintiff law firm, with Shine Lawyers announcing his appointment to Queensland Legal Partner. He has re-located his young family from the Gold Coast to Brisbane to take up the role.

Stuart joined Shine Lawyers in August 2003 after emigrating from the United Kingdom, where he had practised in plaintiff litigation specialising in employer’s liability. He quickly progressed to Branch Manager at Shine’s Southport office, and was elevated to Associate in 2004. This was followed by Stuart’s appointment to Partner in 2006.

In his new role of Queensland Legal Partner Stuart is responsible for managing legal operations in the firm’s home state.
