Shine Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of three new team members to its Victorian branches in Melbourne CBD and Dandenong.
Dean Hadjina has recently been appointed as senior solicitor in the Melbourne office. Having previously worked as a solicitor specialising in personal injury at Thomson Playford Cutlers and Maurice Blackburn, Mr Hadjina brings seven years of experience to the position. Mr Hadjina will be responsible for Victorian WorkCover matters, including common law, serious injury and statutory benefit matters.
Caroline Flake joins Shine Dandenong as a solicitor specialising in worker’s compensation and asbestos litigation. For the past 11 years, Ms Flake has passionately defended her clients against asbestos manufacturers and power industries. Previously a solicitor with Slater and Gordon and in-house legal counsel for Latrobe City Council, Ms Flake brings a wealth of experience to the Dandenong team.
Rob Cortina joins Shine Dandenong in the position of senior solicitor. He specialises in the area of Transport Accident Commission (TAC) claims and will be responsible for TAC, Workcover and public liability matters at Shine Dandenong. Mr Cortina has been practicing for 12 years and comes to Shine from Slater and Gordon.
