Shine Lawyers welcomes two new solicitors to the team, Susan Gandini joins the Cairns office and David Barton joins the Melbourne branch.

Susan Gandini has been appointed Senior Solicitor of Shine Lawyers’ Cairns office. Ms Gandini brings expertise in personal injury litigation and will handle claims for damages in the areas of workplace accidents, motor vehicle accidents and public liability claims. Commencing her career as a solicitor in 1993, Ms Gandini went on to become partner of a Cairns boutique law firm in 2001. Ms Gandini is returning to work at Shine Lawyers after leaving the legal field to raise her young family. She will bring extensive litigation experience and local knowledge to the Cairns team.

David Barton has joined the Melbourne office of Shine Lawyers in the role of solicitor. He brings expertise in the areas of litigation and personal injury and will be working within the firm’s workcover department. Mr Barton was previously with Hargraves Solicitors from 2007 to early 2009. Being nominated for a local Young Australian of the Year award in 2006 and being admitted to Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia are among David’s key career achievements to date.
