Shine Lawyers has appointed Frances Bertram to the position of Manager of the Brisbane Public Liability Department.

Ms Bertram joins Shine after six years as an in-house solicitor with WorkCover Queensland.

She will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the public liability team and brings expertise in the areas of personal injury, public liability and WorkCover to the firm.
